Here is a summary of some of the tools we've found most effective for getting the job done. You can read more about why we chose them in the startup ops toolkit blog post. Fraser and/or Charles are top level admins for all of these, should you need access.

  • Deel - our global HRIS, storing employee data for the whole team (including the US). We also use Deel as our EOR and to run payroll for team members outside the US, and to handle contracts for countries other than the US, UK, and Germany.
  • BambooHR - handles US payroll and benefits enrollment.
  • Vestwell - manages our US 401(k) and auto-enrolls all new US hires.
  • We use DocuSign for US, UK, and Germany contracts. Contracts for all other countries are handled through Deel.
  • UK payroll is run manually - our accountants load up payments in Revolut for us to approve every month. All templates are stored in the Legal Docs [CONFIDENTIAL] shared Google Drive, in the Team folder.
  • PTO by Deel - Slack app for booking all types of time off.

Everything Else

  • Carta is where we manage our cap table. Orrick manage this on our behalf.
  • We use Embroker for all of our insurance coverage, including D&O, Cyber Liability, and Travel.
